Leanne Elich Consulting
Leanne Elich Consulting had the reputation and the client list. The website didn't reflect either. We rebuilt it from the ground up, resetting the information architecture, applying neuroscience to the conversion flow, and evolving the brand to match the authority the business had already earned.

Client & Brief
The website hadn't kept up.
The UX was clunky. The information architecture was confusing. The messaging lacked clarity and flow. Conversion wasn't where it needed to be. Visually, the site didn't reflect the authority the business had earned.
The brief was a full ground-up rebuild: reset the structure, sharpen the messaging, evolve the brand, and build something that matched the calibre of the consulting work it was representing.

Solution
Website strategy came first. The existing site was structured in a way that made visitors work too hard to understand the offer and find a path to action. The information architecture was rebuilt from scratch around user intent, not business categories.
Applied neuroscience shaped the UX and UI decisions throughout. Messaging hierarchy, visual weight, and conversion flow were all tested against how time-poor executives evaluate a consultancy before making contact. Every page was designed to reduce doubt and build trust before the CTA appeared.
The brand was refined, not replaced. The logo and colour palette were modernised to match the confidence and authority of the business. The core identity was preserved. The visual language was extended into territory the original system couldn't reach.
Development was delivered in partnership with Web Thinking, with a backend built for easy in-house content management without relying on developer support.
Deliverables:
Website strategy and information architecture reset
Applied neuroscience conversion framework
UX and UI design across all pages
Light brand evolution including logo and colour palette refinement
Development partnership with Web Thinking
In-house content management setup

Result
The structure is cleaner. The messaging is sharper. The paths to action are clear. The brand now projects the confidence the business had already earned but wasn't communicating.
The site launched in late 2025. Hard metrics are still early. What's already clear is that the rebuild gave the business a digital presence it can grow into, one that doesn't need to be replaced the next time the business scales.
